Before you order, please do give this a read! 



Points to note: 

- As customization is our forte, no two bouquets will be exactly the same so our arrangements may differ from the photos displayed.
- Products shown in the gallery are not in scale and not all flowers/arrangements are available at all times. Please do email us if you have any queries.

Order information:

- Orders must be made at least 4 days in advance.
- Your orders will start processing once the payment has been confirmed. 
- Payment details will be given in the confirmation email.
- Payment can be made via online POSB/DBS transfer.

Delivery information:

- Delivery service is available at $15 per destination and an additional amount of $10 will be charged for both Jurong Island and Sentosa Island.
- Delivery will only be available between 10am – 4pm. Additional charges will be incurred before or after the stated timings.
- Additional delivery charge of $15 will be incurred should there be a re-delivery of the bouquets ordered due to incorrect details given.

Change of order:

- 2 days’ of advance notice is required should there be any changes to your orders.
- Please note that all bouquets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
